Oh yea, it's going to be on. I'm not sure what will happen, but I'm guessing Nicky doesn't run away with it this time. He'll have Pedrosa to contend with, Rossi has the momentum, and Melandri won't crash.

I could be wrong, but I dont see Edwards being a factor, even with his track knowledge. Same for Hopkins. I think they would both do well in WSB.

I think Colin has a chance and Hopper definately should be more of a factor this time but tires may end his podium bid. The GSVR has the speed this time but your nothin w/o the rubber!!!!!

Nicky is definitely the man to beat right now. He is going back to the track he took his first win at but he is also defending a points lead as well. He will have to decide which is more important to him this time. That will be interesting. You know Rossi knows that and will use that to his advantage and push him enough to scare him. If Nicky crashes this time out and gets no points the Vale Will be right on top of him in the standings!!!!!!!!

This is gonna be a good one!!!

nicky in no way can be thinking ride at all conservative for championship, he has to beat val and pedrossa at laguna or he has very little chance of winning the championship

I don't think Pedrosa will do as good at Laguna as he's done at the other tracks, he's very familiar with those.

Laguna is a total different animal, as was experience by those who where there for the first time.

I think Vale will definetely be a factor in the mix. I look to Nicky to repeat, but will be close. I think KRjr will be in much better shape than CE.

I fly to California tomorrow, are we there yet!!!!

thing is last time rossi wasn't coming from behind...rossi could sit and chill last year...this year nicky better watch it as rossi can't hold back now...rossi and everyone will have to push. i don't think rossi pushed that hard last year at all. this year it's going to be diff

+1

Two things are certain and very simple:
1. This race will make or break Nicky.
2. This race will be hotly contested.

Nicky will still be leading the points if he falls asleep in the trailer and misses the race

I hope so because I was sorely dissappointed after watching the German GP. I seriously was yelling and screaming.

ya I gotta agree with you. He's a broken man. That last lap of his was hands down the most incredible racing I've ever seen, right up until the part where he came off.

It was like the whole thing happened in super slow motion, bike stepping out and my heart stopped for a second.
