Biaggi took an awful spill in race 2 He was crazy fast out there but spilled in both races...

Bayliss seemed quite comfortable in 1st though I think Corser could've challenged in race 2 had he not wrecked out...

Ya...broken wrist for Biaggi. No doubt done for the forseeable future.

I'm sure Nori is crushed.

I was shocked at Haga's progression (backwards) in race one but mighty impressed by Checa, Xaus and Biaggi coming through. Too bad Biaggi wrecked...anybody catch what happened? Eurosport didn't show it.

What about that first race pile up at the start and then Checa gettign taken out at the red flag. That was crazy shit but kudos to Fabrizio for coming back and taking 2nd in R#1.

ya...haga has suddenly become the 'fade king'....not sure if it's a injury or he's not liking the tires. that's two weeks in a row. :/

From where we were sitting (turn 11) it looked like he was having some serious issues getting the power down on the fast left handers . Considering Phillip Island has quiet a few left handers it didnt suprise me that he faded quickly.

He could also be struggling after the two falls at Qatar

Just watched Race 2 ... DAMN did Biaggi ever go down hard but I gotta give him credit for hammering the brakes and not T-boning the guy in front.

If I remember correctly, Haga struggled at the first two reces last year, then came on strong as the season went on. I don't think he is comfortable at these two tracks.
Too bad about Biaggi's wrist. He's a great racer, and always adds to the field when he's out there.

Haga and Corser had some pretty average results at the start of last year due to the Yamaha frying the tyres and not being able to see out a race. Once they got that problem sorted they started acheiving some great results.

I was impressed with Xaus, for these 2 races and the first at Qatar. He has a good chance of doing well this year, he is fun to watch.
