MotoGP >> Casey Stoner's Bike Falling Apart

Did you lot see the excellent slow-mo footage of Casey grabbing something with his hand and jamming it back in behind the fairing of his GP8? Here's the explanation:

Quote:
Casey Stoner also had problems, but they were nothing to do with Ducati or Bridgestone. One of the black boxes for Dorna's on-board TV cameras came off its Velcro mounting and flapped around on its cables getting tangled with the steering and jamming the clutch. Casey tried to stuff it back inside the fairing while going down the straight (at 200mph); you won't be surprised to hear that he found this hugely distracting and was very, very unhappy about it. His ride to sixth was, under the circumstances, a gritty bit of work that salvaged a useful haul of points from a bad weekend.

well it must have sucked to have the pos distracting him, I hope Dorna has apologised.
On the british eurosport coverage, they said that the D'antin team once had a Dorna camera thingy chew through one of the ducati wires forcing the rider to retire during the race.

MASSIVE fucking footbullet by Dorna

I doubt the camera was at fault when he QP-ed so poorly.

He has got to step it up and stop making excuses. I would really like to see him up front again.
