Stoner comments on other Ducati riders.

Hard but fair.

“I can’t understand why they are struggling so much. I know we are having a couple of problems but it is not that bad. I can still run top five every time without problem.

“I can’t understand the situation that is happening. They can ask for a bike that is built around them but there is not one bike out there that is built for one rider.”

“Maybe these riders expected to get on the bike and it would be fast and easy. This bike is not easy to ride and you have to work very, very hard with it.”

Melandri’s biggest complaint has been a lack of rear grip.
When asked if he too suffered from a rear grip issue, Stoner replied: “A little problem but this is not a two second problem, this is not the problem.

“You need to go to the limit of the machine and then find the problem, not just ride around without pushing and expect to make improvements.”

Ya...I saw that Marco went 4 seconds slower on the GP9 than he did on Sunday on the GP8. He once again complained about the bike. Don't think it's going to get much better for him.

If I were Marco, I'd be trying to put a positive spin on everything similar to Nicky last year. This'll at least show to potential employers that if things go pear shaped, he's capable of limiting the damage from a media perspective.

Meanwhile, check the performance of the other three Ducati riders - Toni Elias and Sylvain Guintoli on the Alice bikes, as well as Melandri - in today's MotoGP race, because each of them has available the modified software that has transformed Casey Stoner's performance.

The Alice duo have used the software throughout the weekend, but don't expect Stoner-style miracles. They're reporting to their technicians that, for them, it doesn't make a lot of difference.

Stoner is making the other three look like tools

The GP8 is not as easy to ride for everyone thinks.

Biga did you see the close up's of Casey's wrist going through the corners? He pinned the throttle mid corner and just held on... I know it's not easy... but what I'm saying is that bike is almost like KIT

Last time I checked, there's a hell of a lot of bikes using the Marelli traction control ...

Didn't Biaggi try out the GP8 a while back? What was his feedback on the bike? I know that both Melandri and Elias are not back of the pack riders. Melandri finished second in the championship in his rookie year.
We'll have to see what Gibbernau has to say.

I think you are out of your mind , Casey was so far up front they did not even show him. How and when did you see his wrist????

Will see how Giberhoe rides the Duc

I don't think he will do any better then Marco.
