actually I talked to him about that at Mosport, he basicly just said that he didn't care what he was riding, he was just happy to still be making a living riding motorcycles at 43 years old.
At the grunt tracks he's been able to give the big bikes absolute fits, which is a shock given that the buell is both overweight and down literally 50hp on the field. He has been able to hold off Francis Martin's GSXR on a couple of occations, which is an absolute shock to me, Francis is a fantastic rider, standing at the apex, you can't hear his throttle transitions they're so smooth, I've got a buddy that was able to follow him around Shannonville and he noticed the same thing, his transitions are so smooth you can't tell where he's gassing it up, not by ear, not by watching his suspension.
So for Crevier to be able to hold him off while being down 50hp, that's a hell of an accomplishment. Shit for the first couple of races he had to run a DOT tire 'cause there wasn't a control slick in a size that'd fit the stock rim.
HAIL TO THE KING!!
