Ok, I understand the article but does this mean that EVERY race team HAS to use the Bridgestone tires during the entire season? Help a brother out. Thanks.

Yes. Bridgestone have the contract/obligation to supply all riders with tires. No other manufacturer is allowed to supply tires until the contract expires.
