Italians like to bump Spaniards from the rear to gain positions at the track...

lol, I think that horse predates this forum dude.

I haven't seen that race yet but I hear that it didn't turn out near as well for the Italian this time around.

Both of them had to take to the gravel but the difference between the two pases is that Gibernau left space for Rossi and Simoncelli had no space at all.

Stupid move IŽd say. Unnecessary at that stage in the race.

Can't wait to see the race... trying to even things out before I snatch it.... if ya know what I mean G.
Gibbers might have left room... but Rossi used that and then some...

I like the fact that there is a thread talking about the 250's on the weekend but not the MotoGP.

It was a clear bonsai pass in my opinion. I think the FIM are right to warn him about it. One time is ok, two of those in a season = suspension.

Ya I find it odd that on the 800gp side, everyone is talking about how Lorenzo beat Rossi, and nothing of the guy that won the race and leads the championship?

It was not the normal weird wet weather race... the top guys were up front and Stoner did ride a great race. I certainly didn't mean to diminish that feat.

Hell, the GP race was actually better than both WSBK rounds... Spies did his usual USA check out trick @ Miller. Hope Haga is fit for the next round... he got hurt prior to the race and that made for a boring weekend in WSBK.

Except for the fans... I like Spies, but I rather see him Win on the last lap, last corner type deal than what he did this weekend...

That 250 race had me jumping out of my seat. To get into a dogfight like that, that late in the race in those conditions is just insane. Those guys were truly going all out for the win. Bautista was lapping at over 2 seconds per lap faster than the front two after he was forced off track. Hats off to him for keeping his cool in the end. Very professional of him.
