With those wings on it I'm not sure he's gonna want a whole lot more lean than that. The net aerodynamic force will be inline with the bike, get much past 45* and it starts to get to be a very large force fighting your front tire at a stage in the corner where the front tire is already basically at it's max.

I'm sure Rossi will sort out the handling issues with the Desmo and the wings will go bye bye... I personally thing that was a failed attempt to shut stoner up when he was crying about handling issues.

Ya Biaggi played with them a bit too back in the 90's. On some tracks the factory Yamaha kept them until Rossi showed up, Mugello in particular. Helped keep the bike sorted out from when it goes over that bigass lip on the main straight and into the downhill braking zone for T1.
