Hopkins rant

I know this topic was discussed in another thread but I just finished reading CycleNews' USGP reports and am fired up, so here goes anyway.

Hopkins should get the hell off that Suzuki and get on a bike built to win. If Honda doesn't have him next year then they're stupid. Hopper and Hayden would make an awesome duo and give Honda their best chance at beating Rossi. No disrespect to any Suzuki guys out there, but that MotoGP bike is doing Hopper a bad disservice and he shouldn't let empty promises of more speed in some mystical 'next year' bring him back to it.

Suzuki should move Mladin up to GP and let him see what he can do with that thing. He's got chip on his shoulder for MotoGP anyway. Then us old timers could root for that whole Roberts/Mladin combo. Heck, Mladin would have been 18th on the MotoGP grid with his Superbike and he's making the AMA races boring! Hopper's going to break his neck riding the wheels off it for 8th place finishes.

Johnny! I beg you! Don't re-sign with Suzuki, ride for rent money on any Honda out there first! ghead

me to, he's worked hard enough to deserve it, but on the bridgestones I just don't see it happening.

reminds me of kevin schwantz, rides the absolute trash just so he's not constantly adjusting to something new. that's why he's saying he does it anyways.
